The brief was to design and create a refurbished office space unlike anything else in Australia. The customer wanted to set a benchmark. We put our best people on the project, brainstormed dozens of concepts and eventually developed a no-ceiling grid, exposed services design unlike anything else around. It was breathtaking and when pictures were released publicly, buildings across the Sydney CBD rushed to replicate it. As for office space, it was snapped up the day it came on the market.
