The Role: Site Manager – Commercial Carpenter/Fitout
National Projects & Maintenance provides building services to some of Sydney’s’ Largest commercial properties. Due to rapid growth and a steady line of pipework National Projects & Maintenance are looking for an experienced Site Manager to run projects with Sydney CBD area.
Job tasks and responsibilities
As a site manager, you will be responsible for the performance and delivery on site.
As a site manager you will also:
- Liaise with clients
- Supervise daily operations on site
- Lead site team
- Report back to Project Manager
- Hold weekly Tool box meetings
- Ensure compliance and company policies and procedure are followed correctly
Skills and experience
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a hands on site manager.
- Great communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Can do attitude
